First Birthday Tradition

We started a tradition at my son’s first birthday where we had a book sitting out at his party for everyone to write messages to him in. It is really special to look back and remember his party and his first birthday! It will also be fun to have a special book to read on his birthday as he gets older. I chose Happy Birthday to You! by Dr. Seuss for my first son. For my second baby, I chose Happy Birthday Cupcake, and if we end up having more birthdays to celebrate down the road, here are some other great birthday books I will consider:
