No Churn Oreo Ice Cream
Ingredients
2 cups chilled heavy cream
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup whole milk
1/4 cup light corn syrup
2 T sugar
1 T vanilla
1/4 t salt
Oreos
Instructions
1. Blend or Whisk Cream until stiff peaks form. (You can use blender or stand mixer)
2. Stir in the rest of the ingredients except for the cookies to the cream. Blend or whisk until well combined.
3. Stir Cookies into mixture. Spread into loaf pan, cover with plastic wrap, gently press plastic wrap onto surface of mixture. Freeze until firm, at least 6 hours.
