Easy Christmas Cookies
I posted the story of how I ended up with this cookie recipe over on Instagram 🙂
Here is the Recipe, adapted from Betty Crocker’s Christmas Cookbook:
2 sticks softened butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups flour
Beat butter, sugar, and vanilla in standing mixer. Then mix in flour. Place on parchment and roll into log. Roll the log in sprinkles and then roll up in parchment and refrigerate for 2 hours. Slice into 1/8-ish inch slices and bake 10 minutes at 350!
